Who can submit events?
We accept submissions from individuals and organizations hosting professional events related to business, technology, marketing, entrepreneurship, and education. We do not accept entertainment-based events like concerts, parties, or music shows.
Are there fees for event submissions?
Currently, submitting free events is completely free. For paid events, we charge a 3% commission fee on each ticket sold through our platform. This fee is deducted from the promotional price before the payout to the organizer.
How is my personal information used?
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Information you submit for event listings, such as event descriptions and organizer details, will be publicly displayed on the platform.
What is Sri Lanka Events’ liability?
We are a promotional and listing service only. We are not responsible for the accuracy of event content, ticket sales, or any issues that may arise between event organizers and attendees. We are also not liable for event cancellations or any technical interruptions.
